Ingredients:

  • 2 farm-fresh eggs
  • 1 tbsp 92 Foods Ghee
  • 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or dill (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast your sourdough and spread Greek yogurt over it. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper.
